Does your workplace foster inclusivity for neurodivergent employees?

15-20% of the population is believed to be neurodivergent yet only 10% of businesses admit to making accommodations to support these individuals. This results in 90% of organizations increasing their costs due to absences, turnover or lack of productivity.

Make smarter business decisions by empowering your staff with our training and consulting solutions – establishing an inclusive working environment and improving your return on investment.

Fostering inclusivity in the workplace

Did You Know?

It is believed that at least 15%-20% of the population is neurodivergent.

Adults with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often struggle with the simultaneous presence of other comorbid or co-occuring conditions.

70% of neurodivergent employees experience chronic physical or mental health issues.

Yet only 1 in 10 HR professionals affirm that their organization has actively embraced neurodiversity in the workplace.

As members of the Neurodivergent (ND) community, Candor Diversity Group is all too familiar with the difficulties in having to perform neurotypically to survive the workplace.

Learn the importance of neurodiverse teams

Types of Training Offered

Our experience shows there is an enormous knowledge gap in neurodiversity awareness and accommodation training within the workforce. Those who are ND rarely feel safe discussing the challenges they face. Due to constant masking, they can experience serious health consequences, which in turn can be felt by the company.

This led our drive to develop a fully customized system to enrich the lives of neurodivergent individuals in the workforce while also understanding that businesses require an overall financial return.

In-person Training

In-person training

Our live sessions allow for a greater degree of interaction with your team. This includes hands-on experience, real-time feedback, collaboration, and adaptability.

Coincidentally, face-to-face interactions between trainers and trainees has a direct impact on non-verbal communication and body language which can enhance learning and understanding for those who don’t experience the same level of comprehension in virtual or video training.

Virtual training

Virtual training

Our remote sessions offer the flexibility and convenience of allowing trainees to learn at their own pace and schedule.

By using a diverse resource pool, our live or on-demand seminars leverage a variety of multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to different preferences.

Subscription-based video training

Subscription-based video training

Many disability management, human resources, and healthcare licensing bodies require professionals to earn continuing education credits to maintain their credentials. We release new video seminars quarterly that qualify for these continuing education credits!

Develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for diverse talents, perspectives, and contributions that neurodiverse employees bring to the workplace.
